Professional Philosophy

I've never believed my job was simply to manage calendars, reconcile accounts, or organize paperwork.

My role has always been to make someone else's day a little easier.

Throughout my career, I've found that when leaders know someone is quietly taking care of the important details, they have more time to lead, more confidence in their decisions, and a little less weight on their shoulders. That's the work I enjoy most.

After spending nearly six wonderful years living and working in New Zealand, my husband and I returned home to Houston with a renewed sense of purpose.

We didn't simply want to build another business. We wanted to build businesses centered on service, stewardship, and lasting impact.

MKG Legacy Ledger was created because we believe small business owners deserve more than accurate bookkeeping. They deserve someone they can trust—someone who notices the details, follows through, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about helping their business succeed.

Our long-term vision extends beyond business. Together we're working toward establishing a charitable trust that will one day provide residential living opportunities and lifelong support for children and adults with special needs. Every client relationship becomes part of that bigger story.
